Fused minerals are the synthetic minerals made by fusing the raw minerals at high temperature about 2000-2500 °C temperature to enhance their chemical & mechanical properties. After fusing process molten liquid is cooled down at atmospheric temperature. Once the molten liquid cooled down, the solid structure is broken through heavy metal ball, followed by separation & gradation processes, to final packing & forwarding.
Brown Fused Alumina also known as synthetic corundum made by melting calcined bauxite @2200-2500 °C temperature with some additives. After fusion, the molten structure broken, separated, crushed & graded as per requirement.
White Fused Alumina is a synthetic corundum made by fusing calcined alumina @2200-2500 °C temperature. WFA-Refractory is highly recommended by refractory industries due to its purity & high meting point.
